Installation Specialist 

Position Description 

Our installation team brings sustainable change to client organizations utilizing process improvement, training & development programs and measurement techniques to help our clients rapidly improve performance. By selecting only the top prospects, we are able to provide dramatic and quantifiable improvements to our clients and deliver sustainable results in earnings and cash flow at no net cost to our clients.

Requirements 

-          Individuals must be fluent in English and French 

-          Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is preferable 

-          3 - 5 years general business experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or management role 

-          Strong business acumen 

-          Ability to travel 100% 

-          Valid passport and ability to work on overseas assignments 

-          Strong facilitation and persuasive skills 

-          Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 

-          Capability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization 

-          Ability to present thoughts clearly and with conviction 

-          Comfort and desire to work side-by-side with clients 

-          Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook)
